The language used in the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(c) was to be given its plain ordinary meaning. For a European arrest warrant to be valid under s.2(4)(c) of the Act the particulars of conduct alleged to constitute an extraditable offence could not be described in a broad omnibus manner.
