Listing of first hearings:

HMCTS London have already begun returning to the Transforming Summary Justice listing timescale.  All GAP cases should now be listed 14 days from charge and by the 6^th April all NGAP cases will be listed after 28 days again.

Nightingale Court: Aldersgate House, Barbican

Lateral Flow Test Pilots in Southwark, Snaresbrook and Croydon

Southwark’s LFT pilot will be extended until the 23^rd April and you can read about improvements being made to its operation here.  In addition, Snaresbrook and Croydon will, from Monday, be piloting home testing kits for court users, including solicitors.  Please read about this new scheme here.  I hope those who are attending these venues sign up to support this pilot which has the potential to increase safety for those attending court.
