Joshua Flanagan, 18, suffered a broken leg after he was hit by a vehicle outside Fever nightclub in Peterborough in the early hours of the morning on August 12.
The incident was caught on surveillance camera and it shows the vehicle driving off along Northminster, then Eastfield Road.
Pc Mark Draper from Cambridgeshire Police said that Mr Flanagan's injuries made it important to trace the vehicle's driver.
"The area was very busy at the time of the incident and I would appeal to anyone who saw the vehicle that evening to call police," he said.
Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101.
