[2008] EWHC 199 (Admin)

A magistrates' court, having convicted individuals of keeping of birds in cages that did not meet the standards required by the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 s.8(1), was required to order the forfeiture of both the birds and the cages in question under s.21(6)(a) of the Act.
