[2009] EWHC 3740 (Admin)

The Administrative Court appointed a receiver over assets acquired by a drug trafficker, but suspended the receiver's powers to enable the offender to apply to the Court of Appeal for permission to appeal against the re-evaluation of his realisable assets to include assets acquired after the original confiscation order had been made against him.
