[2001] EWCA Crim 2638

Where the appellant required treatment and support in order to reduce the risk that he would reoffend, a sentence of three years' imprisonment for committing an act outraging public decency was wrong in principle and was quashed and substituted with a conditional three-year community rehabilitation order.
