[2008] EWCA Crim 1630

A sentence of six years' imprisonment, imposed after a guilty plea, for offences of sexual activity with a child was replaced by a sentence of four years, taking into account the offender's mitigation, including the fact that he was under the influence of his partner, who introduced him to the offending.
