[2008] EWCA Crim 1740

A judge had wrongly taken into account the wholesale value of illegal drugs, which had been imported by an offender but seized by Revenue and Customs Commissioners at a port, when calculating the value of the benefit to the offender from his criminal conduct, and the amount of a confiscation order made against the offender was reduced by the amount wrongly taken into account.
