[2008] EWCA Crim 894

Where a sentence of imprisonment for public protection had been imposed for offences of robbery and sexual assault the specified minimum term of five years and six months' imprisonment was severe but justified as the victim of the robbery was an elderly woman, living on her own and had been badly injured by the offender.
