Drug trafficking confiscation orders are not restricted by any requirement that the defendant's realisable assets must be proved to be directly derived from drug dealing or over the period of drug dealing but only by the amount of the total value of the benefit he has derived from drug dealing and the realisable value of his assets at the time of the order or any further order.
