[2004] EWCA Crim 1664

In cases involving making or possession of indecent photographs of children, where a court was satisfied there was a real risk of a defendant re-offending and the further offences would cause harm to children, then it was necessary to make a restraining order that had to be tailored to meet the danger the defendant presented and should not be oppressive.
