[2010] EWCA Crim 1017

A sentence of 16 months' imprisonment imposed on an offender for harbouring an escaped prisoner who was a murderer was reduced to 8 months' imprisonment where the offender had been initially unaware that the prisoner was unlawfully at large and other mitigating circumstances were present.
