Although a jury member had realised that a defendant was to appear in court twice in the same week for unrelated matters, it did not amount to admitting evidence through the back door since the defendant's bad character had already been put before the jury and the fair minded and informed observer would not perceive there to be any possibility of unfairness or bias.
