MacAskill accuses senior judges of failing crime victims by backing corroboration
PUBLISHED January 8, 2014Two of Scotland?s most senior former judges have been accused by a government minister of denying crime victims access to justice by opposing moves to scrap the principle of corroboration in court cases.
