A European arrest warrant stating that a Polish national faced criminal proceedings in respect of an offence of robbery with a maximum sentence of 12 years' detention, and that the offence arose from two provisions under the Polish penal code, complied with the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(d). It was clear that the warrant had specified one offence for which the maximum sentence was set out.
