[2009] EWHC 2786 (Admin)

A European arrest warrant was not invalidated by its failure to set out a breakdown of criminal offences allegedly committed where it instead referred to a general number of offences and categories of offences. To do so, would introduce an unwarranted degree of technicality into its construction.
