[2001] UKPC 3

Whether non-disclosure violated constitutional rights in criminal proceedings in Trinidad and Tobago had to be assessed against the entire criminal process and not merely the preliminary enquiry. There was no implied guarantee of disclosure in the Constitution: it was a matter for the common law.
