[2009] EWCA Crim 2853
A total sentence of six years' imprisonment with a period of extension of four years imposed on an offender following his convictions for firearms, ammunition and drugs offences was unduly lenient and was replaced with a sentence of detention for public protection with a minimum term of five years where the offender presented a high risk of harm to the public.
