Attorney General's concern over 'unworkable' cases

The Attorney General will warn the Crown Prosecution Service not to bring to court cases that are "unworkable or untenable" amid growing disquiet over the handling of the failed prosecution of Nigel Evans, the Commons' former deputy speaker.
