Where disciplinary proceedings had upheld most of the charges against the appellant solicitor, a judge was entitled to grant summary judgment in favour of the respondent Law Society as it was unlikely that a hearing of the case would have found that the respondent had no "reason to suspect" dishonesty irrespective of the outcome of any appeal.
