Appeal against nine months' imprisonment for contempt successful. Sentence quashed and five and a half months substituted for it because the sentencing judge may not have realised that an additional nine months on top of an outstanding sentence would convert the appellant prisoner from a short term to a long term prisoner, with different parole implications.
