Privilege against self-incrimination at an inquest was concerned with the giving of an answer by a witness and the procedure adopted when dealing with such a claim of privilege should not be such as to give the witness complete immunity against further questioning. A verdict of "accident" may be returned where the death had been caused by some deliberate but lawful act which unforeseeably led to death.
