[2012] EWCA Crim 155

Sentences imposed on a large number of offenders for conspiracy to supply cocaine were unduly lenient and fell to be increased to the sentence length appropriate for their individual roles in the offence. Sentences imposed on a number of other offenders for the same offence were appropriate and the court declined to interfere; applications from four defendants for leave to appeal were refused.
