[2010] HCJAC 96

A summary complaint containing a charge of failing to identify a driver contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988 s.172 was time barred as it was served outwith the permitted six month period, where that period ran from the date of making of the first requirement under s.172(2), and could not be effectively obviated by the making of repeated requests.
