Survey for criminal defence practitioners
The Prison Reform Trust (PRT) is conducting a brief survey of criminal defence lawyers to seek views on current defences available for individuals who offend due to their experience of domestic abuse and our proposals for law reform.
They would be grateful for responses by midday on Thursday 10 September.
