Evidence of a video identification was rightly admitted as there had been no unfairness caused by the breach of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 Code D para.7 as the images resembled the appellant in age, height and appearance. The witnesses were correctly treated as hostile and directions in relation to the hostile witnesses were adequate.
