[2009] UKSC 4

The reference to "any other warrant" in the Extradition Act 2003 s.2(4)(b) was a reference to any domestic warrant on which the European arrest warrant was based, and not to any other European arrest warrant which might have been issued on the basis of any such domestic warrant.
