Offenders who flaunt anti-social behaviour orders could lose their driving licences under Tory plans to tackle the "yob culture".

Conservative leader Michael Howard is also set to outline measures to act against parents who fail to control their children.
The plans include parenting advice and new activity clubs for teenagers.
