First community judge starts work

The UK's first US-style community judge will start work tackling anti-social behaviour in Liverpool on Monday.

Judge David Fletcher will have the power to punish and help offenders in US-style community courts.
Judge Fletcher, 47, who was sworn in on Thursday, has a brief to tackle anti social behaviour using the new North Liverpool Community Justice Centre.
