Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme re-accreditation

Wednesday 29 March 2006Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme logo

The Law Society has recently written to all members of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme, asking them whether they wish to retain their membership of the scheme.

  • If you are a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme, you can confirm that you wish to remain a member by completing the form below.
  • Alternatively, you can complete the same form, indicating that you do not wish to remain a member; your details will then be removed from the scheme lists.

If, by 1 May 2006, you have not completed the form below or submitted a hard copy (posted to you in March), the Law Society will remove your details from the scheme lists. The Law Society will inform the Legal Services Commission's Criminal Defence Service regional managers of the names of solicitors who are removed from the scheme.

If you are a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme and have not submitted a hard copy of the form posted to you in March, please complete the form below and, then, click submit. We ask that you enter a response for all questions/fields; those marked * must be completed. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.
