[2007] EWCA Crim 3365

The evidence of previous convictions for indecent assault and attempted unlawful sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl, committed some 19 or 20 years previously, was relevant to the issue of propensity where the defendant was being tried for an indecent assault on his 13-year-old babysitter.
