VHCC panel consultation re-opened

The LSC has re-opened consultation on one aspect of its very high cost case panel. This relates to maximum bids.

The requirement not to exceed the maximum bid is essential criteria. Currently, in error it is listed under desirable criteria.

The deadline for responses is 12 noon on Friday 25 May 2007.
