Tackle 'unconscious bias' in rape trial jurors, says top prosecutor
PUBLISHED June 11, 2014Judges should give juries guidance at the start of rape trials in a bid to overcome "unconscious bias" about victims of sexual offences, the Director of Public of Prosecutions has said.
