Message from the Legal Aid Agency:

A new Court Appointee claim form has now been published on our webpage Court appointee: magistrates' court and crown court claims (CA1) - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). The CA2024 form should be used for claims where the court appointment order has been made on or after the 1 January 2024. Grateful if you could please share this with your members, for information/ awareness.
