[2007] EWCA Crim 123

A sentence of imprisonment for public protection with a specified minimum term of 12 months imposed on an offender convicted of two counts of relatively minor sexual assaults on a child under the age of 13 was inappropriate. A sentence of 12 months' imprisonment concurrent on each count was substituted.
