A sentence of four years' imprisonment was not manifestly excessive for a complex conspiracy to defraud in circumstances where a defendant with previous convictions had been entitled to only limited credit for a late guilty plea and the trial judge had correctly identified a starting point of five years' imprisonment on a contested trial.
