[2007] EWCA Crim 833

Despite justified criticism of elements of a trial judge's summing up relating to the application of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 s.34, the criticisms did not undermine the safety of or to vitiate a conviction for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs where the evidence against the defendant had been overwhelming and the judge's directions to the jury, taken overall, had been clear.
