A ten-month detention and training order was inappropriate, with regard to the difference between people of the appellant's age, 12, and the ages of his two co-accused, both 15, and the fact that the appellant's previous conditional discharge did not relate to extremely serious or dishonest offences, and was substituted with a supervision order.
