Where an offender had failed to disclose a bank account in credit and four debts when filling in a statement of affairs, his conviction for five offences of non-disclosure and concealment of property, under the Insolvency Act 1986 s.353 and s.354, was safe as the offender had failed to prove he had an innocent intention.
