[2012] EWCA Crim 1782

A sentence of three years' imprisonment was appropriate in the case of an offender who had facilitated three small supplies of heroin to undercover police officers. Although the offence was a "third strike", the circumstances were exceptional, the offender being an intermediary who had been seduced into acting as a go-between.
