[2011] EWCA Crim 1197

A notional determinate sentence of five years' imprisonment was manifestly excessive for an offence of making threats to kill where the offender had made the threats at hospital where he had gone to seek help for his mental health. A sentence of two years' imprisonment was appropriate.
