[2013] EWCA Crim 1857

A sentence of three-years-and-four-months' imprisonment was appropriate for a defendant who had pleaded guilty to reckless arson. He had set fire to his own home in an attempt to harm himself, and although his neighbours were put at risk, the arson had not been targeted at anyone else. The starting point should have been in the region of five years.
