There was no unfairness to an appellant from a confiscation order being made to include a sum of money which the appellant had handed to another offender during the course of the offence and which had already been the subject of a forfeiture order relating to the other offender. The appellant had assets in excess of the total sum of his benefit from his criminal lifestyle and an order in respect of the whole sum of his benefit had to be made.
