[2010] EWHC 3376 (Admin)

A newspaper publisher was not entitled to inspect or have disclosure of court documents which had been the subject of full oral argument at an extradition hearing in open court. Its genuine concern to see the documents was insufficient justification to enhance its rights of access to such documents under the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.10.
