[2012] EWHC 25 (Admin)

The court upheld an extradition order in relation to a person who had left Poland in order to avoid potential criminal proceedings. The judge had been entitled to find that the subject of the order was a fugitive whose conduct had caused the delay in her trial and who was therefore not entitled to rely upon the bar to extradition under the Extradition Act 2003 s.14.
