Since the asylum appeal tribunal had failed to direct itself that its jurisdiction to determine the secretary of state's appeal from an asylum adjudicator's determination had been restricted to deciding whether the adjudicator had made an error of law, the matter was remitted for redetermination of the appeal from the adjudicator's decision.
