CBI fury at new law on workplace deaths
PUBLISHED November 15, 2004The government is set to make it easier for judges to imprison managers who commit serious health and safety offences.
A draft corporate manslaughter bill, to be published next month, may widen the scope of current legislation to allow imprisonment of those who breach health and safety laws.
