[2011] EWHC 193 (Admin)

The extradition of an individual to Slovakia was neither oppressive under the Extradition Act 2003 s.14 nor in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights 1950 art.3 as the requesting state had not failed to prosecute the extradition offences expeditiously and the severance that would be occasioned to his family was typical of extradition cases.
