[2007] EWCA Crim 1655
Where a judge had found that it had not been unreasonable to conclude that there was a significant risk of serious harm to the public in the commission of further offences by an offender, the sentence of 12 months' imprisonment, imposed for an offence of possession of an imitation firearm with intent, had been unlawful and unduly lenient. The sentence was adjusted to reflect both the seriousness of the offence and the totality of the offending.
