[2006] EWCA Crim 2535

A sentence of 10 years' imprisonment for conspiracy to supply a controlled Class A drug, while lenient, was not interfered with where the sentencing judge had been unable to identify the precise role the offender played within the conspiracy, and where there were warm and supportive commendations of the offender as a model prisoner.
